What are your products made from?

Most information is available for each product in the description section. All of our current fabric products are printed on either a variation of 100% linen that has been made from flax sourced exclusively from the Flanders region, or 100% organic denim. Our wallpapers are all printed on clay-coated FSC-certified paper. All printing and finishing is done in the United States.

Specifications for each product are available upon request. 

Are your products fire rated?

We offer commercial coatings at an additional cost and lead time to meet NFPA260 and CAL117 standards. Please reach out to info@studiocope.com for more information.

Do the fabrics fade over time?

The chemistry of our inks is very similar to a traditionally screen printed fabric, and similar results can be expected in terms of fading and light fastness. Commercial coating can also be applied to slow this process down.

Can your fabric products be commercially coated?

Yes! We offer a range of commercial coatings to fit your specific end use. This coating will make the fabric both hydrophobic (pushes out water) and oleophobic (pushes out oil), meaning liquids can be easily blotted off the fabric face, preventing staining while maintaining the fabric's natural hand. It will last the life of the fabric and is durable to spot cleaning and dry cleaning. Fabrics remain recyclable and add non formaldehyde, PFOAs, PFOs, or VOCs.

What is the general lead time for your products?

Our standard lead time for most of our collections is 4 weeks.

Lead time for products with commercial coating is 6-8 weeks.

Rush ordering is available for a 30% mark-up, reducing the lead time by half.

What is your return policy?

Please note that all of our custom, modified, and standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed.
