Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at the time order was placed.
Availability
Cope does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice. Our standard lead time differs between products. Please see each individual product for more information.Â
Payment Terms
We accept payment by credit card, check, and bank wire (with a fee) for international orders. For trade account orders we ask that payment be made by check or bank wire (with a fee). Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared. Please make checks payable to:

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed.
Return Policy
All of our custom, modified, and standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Care and Maintenance
Each product is accompanied with a tag that includes the care for the specific product. All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product.Â
